We are witnessing a change of time that is materialized in the scientific-technological revolution, in the new forms of communication, in the new youth cultures and in forms of relationship and socialization with the emergence of new values, among other manifestations; but at the same time we remain entrenched in old social, economic and political contradictions that deepen the existence of poverty and exclusion, the various matrices of neocolonialism in our societies that continue to immerse us in inequalities and relations of domination, among other factors, are imposing the need to rethink the role of institutions and organizations, to build new responses that must be given to new scenarios.Downloads
