This essay presents a transformative vision of education, focused on the holistic development of the individual to promote peace and social justice. Based on three fundamental pillars —inner transformation, service, and global citizenship— the text argues that truly effective education cannot be limited to the mere transmission of academic knowledge. Instead, it must promote self-awareness, empathy, and solidarity as drivers of social change. Inner transformation allows students to cultivate emotional skills that contribute to peaceful coexistence, while community service connects them with the reality of their communities, fostering solidarity and a sense of purpose. Finally, the formation of global citizens aims to prepare students to face contemporary challenges from a critical and mindful perspective, encouraging their active participation in building a more equitable world. This comprehensive approach not only impacts the educational sphere but also has the potential to transform society as a whole, strengthening social cohesion and peace through an education that inspires both the integral development of the individual and collective responsibility.
